A game marred by boredom-inducing flaws

As a game it is quite good. The Oregon Trail motif had worked for a long time and it is executed well here as a good update in concept.

However, be prepared to watch your group crawl across the landscape at length. Over and over. With no option to skip any cut scene, ever. After a hundred times it just wasnt worth it to play anymore. Who has the appetite for that kind of repetition? Too bad. Watching ant-sized protagonists voyage through the snow get old fairly fast. Devs, provide a skip-to-next-encounter button and youd get 5 stars.
